Salespuzzle started with a simple observation.
Businesses don’t usually lack data, tools, sales training or advice. In fact, most have more of them than ever.
What they often lack is clarity.
Salespuzzle was created to help answer those questions.
Not with another disconnected sales tool, another dashboard full of numbers, or another methodology that gets forgotten.
But by connecting commercial insight, practical tools, proven thinking and intelligent guidance in one place.
Salespuzzle didn’t begin with AI.
It grew from years spent working in sales, marketing and commercial leadership — seeing the same challenges appear in different businesses, industries and sales teams.
Over time, those experiences became frameworks, methodologies and practical ways of solving the problems.
And eventually, they became a book.
Solving the Sales Puzzle brought together more than three decades of sales and marketing experience into practical ideas designed to help business owners, sales leaders and salespeople improve how they sell.
But a book has a limitation.
Knowing something doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll use it.
The same is true of traditional sales training. People can spend a day in a training room, leave inspired and then return to the realities of customers, targets, meetings and deadlines.
The challenge isn’t simply giving people more information.
It’s giving them the right insight, framework or guidance at the moment they actually need it.
The knowledge didn’t stay in the book. It became something people could use.
As the thinking developed, something else became increasingly clear.
Solving one part of sales in isolation isn’t enough.
That’s why Salespuzzle has evolved into something broader.
One connected commercial growth platform.
It helps businesses:
Understand where commercial performance can improve.
Develop the people responsible for delivering it.
Attract more of the right opportunities.
Find the markets, companies and buyers worth pursuing.
Convert more opportunities into customers.
Grow the accounts they’ve already won.
Track the commercial information that matters.
And see what’s happening across the business.
The individual tools solve specific problems.
Together, they create something much more powerful: commercial context.Every capability in Salespuzzle ultimately has to earn its place. We ask three simple questions:
Salespeople should spend more time selling and less time researching, preparing, searching, writing and administering.
More data isn’t the objective. Better decisions are.
Technology only has commercial value when it contributes to better outcomes.
If something doesn’t help answer at least one of those questions, it probably doesn’t belong in Salespuzzle.
Save time. Gain insight. Win more.

Jason Pye created Salespuzzle after more than 30 years working across sales, marketing and commercial growth.
His experience led him to a simple conclusion: the biggest improvements in sales rarely come from adding another isolated tool, methodology or training course. They come from helping people understand what’s really happening, focus on what matters and take the right action.
That thinking led to Solving the Sales Puzzle, a practical book bringing together lessons, frameworks and ideas developed through decades of commercial experience.
Salespuzzle takes that thinking much further.
It combines Jason’s commercial methodologies and intellectual property with technology and AI to make them usable in the flow of everyday sales — from understanding commercial performance and identifying prospects to qualifying deals, developing salespeople and growing existing accounts.
The objective isn’t to replace salespeople or sales leadership with technology.
It’s to help them make better decisions, waste less time and perform at their best.
“I didn’t want to build another CRM, another training course or another collection of AI tools. I wanted to build something that helps businesses see what they’re missing — and gives their people practical help to do something about it.”
AI has dramatically changed what is possible.
But Salespuzzle doesn’t start with AI and then look for problems it can solve.
It starts with the commercial problem.
The methodology, frameworks and commercial thinking provide the structure. Technology makes that thinking faster, more accessible and more useful. AI helps analyse, interpret, personalise and guide.
That distinction matters.
There will always be another sales technology. Another methodology. Another dashboard. Another AI model.
To give businesses a clearer understanding of where they are. To give salespeople practical help when they need it. To turn information into action.
And ultimately to help organisations:
