SalespuzzlePro is a monthly subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which no further payments will be taken.
Payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
SalespuzzleBase, SalespuzzleWeb and SalespuzzleUni
SalespuzzleBase, SalespuzzleWeb and SalespuzzleUni are annual subscriptions that provide immediate access to digital assessments, learning content, AI-powered tools, reports and other platform services.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Where a refund is requested during the subscription period, any refund will be assessed using our Fair Usage Policy.
This approach recognises that many of the services we provide deliver value immediately upon use and cannot be returned once they have been accessed.
Fair Usage Policy
When calculating any refund, Salespuzzle may consider factors including, but not limited to:
- Completion or partial completion of assessments.
- Generation or viewing of reports.
- Access to training modules, documents, videos or learning resources.
- Use of AI-powered tools or platform features.
- Website scans, visitor lookups or other Web tools.
- Consumption of credits or other metered services.
- The number of licensed users who have accessed the platform.
- The overall level of platform usage during the subscription period.
Where substantial use of the platform has already taken place, the refundable amount may be reduced or, where the subscription has been substantially consumed, no refund may be available.
For illustration purposes only, refunds may be assessed using a usage model similar to the following:

The above table is provided as an example only and does not form part of the contractual refund calculation. Each request will be reviewed individually based on actual platform usage.
WebInsights+ Credits
WebInsights+ operates using prepaid usage credits.
Credits that have already been used to identify companies, generate reports or consume platform services are non-refundable.
Any unused prepaid credits may, at Salespuzzle’s discretion and subject to these Terms, be refunded using the original payment method.

Our aim is always to be fair and reasonable. If you believe exceptional circumstances apply to your subscription, please contact our support team. We will review your request promptly and work with you to reach a fair outcome wherever possible.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
